We are considering the City of Walnut Creek's ''Arts, Adventures & Academics'' day camp for our 5-year old daughter. There is no info on the BPN website. We'd love to hear from anyone who has experience with this camp. Thanks!

We did AAA 2 years in a row after K and 1st. The core day of 3 hours is terrific. The classes are run by teachers wanting to make a little extra $ in the summer and the work is very high quality. It is also very inexpensive, so I have nothing but praise for the core curriculum. I signed on for the morning care just to get an extra hour or so of time, and was not as impressed. So the before-care wasn't great, but if you are only looking for the core, then look no further, especially if price is an issue. Anon
