Short-term camps, short lead time?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any summer day camps that take kids on a daily basis with little advance notice, sort of drop-in camps. I may have to find some child care for my son while I do some work for a week or so near Woodside. But, I won't know the dates until shortly before, and I won't know how many days. Also, I'm not rich, so these $600/week camps are out of the question. Does anyone know of any such camps? Obviously, near Woodside would be ideal, but I'm willing to consider anything reasonable. You can attend by the day with no pre-arrangement. You can also prepay for 20-days, or the whole summer! Attending by the day is most expensive naturally, but it is still $75/day, with all meals/snacks included.

We are trying it for the first time this summer precisely because my work schedule/needs were completely unclear earlier. Also, if you buy one of the packages, but don't use all days up (at the higher daily cost), you get a refund!
