I just found, even at this late date, a summer camp for my son through Student Camp and Trip Advisors (SCATA), which is a free service to parents. They find and research overnight programs for students ages 7-18. This includes overnight camps, teen travel, wilderness and community service programs, touring and cultural exchange programs all over the world, college campus programs, fine arts camps and schools, ranches, farms, sailing and SCUBA program. SCATA works with over 700 programs, all of which have been visited and checked out by at least 2 of the SCATA representatives who are located all over the US, Canada and Brazil.
