My daughter attends a school that is non-profit. We are looking
for someone who is experienced in writing grants for our
school. Has anyone had any experience in finding such a
person? Are there any recommendations out there for such
people? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly
appreciated

In response to the post for the parent looking for a grantwriter for her
daughter's school, I have experience writing grants for my job, the
non-profit I volunteer for, and my kids' schools. So I would be happy to
talk to you about the needs of your daughter's school. Please email me
privately at lwillis AT uclink DOT berkeley DOT edu.
Thanks,

May I suggest Lisa Wahl She is the former
director for the Center for Accessible Technology ( a NP computer resource center for disabled children and adults) and is currently self employed as a grant writer.

I am a grant writer and work for nonprofits by contract. Most of my work is
in arts education. I would be happy to have a discussion with you. I am
also connected to an informal e-mail list with other grant writers and fund
developers. I can transfer a job posting to this list to reach others.

Ana,
I have been involved in the grant writing efforts at my children's school and have written a few of the successful ones myself. I would be happy to talk with you. Contact me at my email address (kmcalvert AT aol DOT com) and we can figure out a time to talk.
I wish to respond to Ana R Alday looking for a grant
