Re: Best Catholic k-8 School in West Contra Costa
Have you looked at St Patricks in Rodeo? This is my son's second year there. He is in
2nd grade. I love that the school is very diverse. There are all races there. Which I
really like. It is very family oriented as well. The staff is wonderful. The teachers
are very nice with emails to you daily if necessary. I would and have recommended
this school to others. Check it out and see what you think!

Does anyone have comments on St. Patrick's school in Rodeo? I went to visit the school and the administrators were very nice and I liked that the school seem secure, access only through the office which is always locked. I visited during the first week of school and kids already seem adjusted in the kindergarten class.
My daughter just started kindergarten in SF public school which I love, but due to declining health in a family member we are moving to Pinole by November. The only thing I wasn't too fond of at St Patricks (and many catholic school) is the class size. 36 with 1 teacher and an aid seem like a lot. Her public school class now is 24 with 1 teacher and 1 aid. My stepdaughter went through 7 years of catholic school and she said she barely notice the class size.
Please share your opinions.
