Hi BPN'ers! I'd like to recommend our 2 year old's daycare provider, Lumin de la Cruz at Tots 'R Us. Lumin currently has 5 toddler openings and 1 baby opening. I cannot say enough good things about Lumin and her assistant. Lumin is a former pre-school teacher with 5 grown kids of her own, so you know she has experience! She speaks both English and Philipino, and has all the daycare certifications. The kids enjoy days filled with songs, dancing, stories, healthy meals, and just a great environment to interact.

Lumin is simply a very generous, fun person. She welcomes our daughter with a smile and a hug every single morning. And Lumin's rates are SO affordable.
