my son's inhome daycare provider has openings for an infant - she is fabulous. My son was with her since he was 3 months old. Mimi is very loving, speaks english & farsi, and provides organic soups when your baby is ready to start eating. She is open 6am - 6pm and is located near 680 & 24 off pleasant hill road exit or mt diablo blvd exit - on saranap ave in walnut creek. She only has one full time baby who is 6 months, and two other part time babies who are about 1 year each. Mimi is fully certified by the county for inhome daycare and is CPR certified. Her rates are $200 per week. My son is over 3 now and goes to preschool, but we make sure he sees Mimi each week because she is so loving. This is the best daycare if you want your child's daycare situation to be a home environment. It was important to me that my son be with babies of different ages, and have home cooking.
