Re: Alameda Infant Care/Preschool
My daughter attended Little Seeds Children's Center from 21
months until almost 4.5 years old. They provide excellent care
and their preschool program is very impressive - they teach
sharing, good manners, good communication as well as the
academics. Their number is 510 865-5900 and ask for Miss Imelda.

Re: Alameda preschools: NON Montessori (Oct 2005)
My daughter, who will be three next February, loves her
school, Little Seeds, in Alameda (ask for Miss Imelda or Miss
Mary) 865-5900 2055 santa clara at Willow. She's been there
since last November and it's clean, well managed, has great
student teacher ratio, great hours, few holidays and the kids
all seem to be very happy there. There's an emphasis on sharing
and taking turns, which is wonderful for everyone involved. I
highly recommend checking it out.

Re: Looking for an Alameda preschool (Jan 2005)
My daughter, who is 23 months old, has been at Little Seeds
Children's Center in Alameda (2055 Santa Clara/Willow)for the
past 2 months and really seems to be getting a lot out of it.
There's a very good teacher to student ratio, loving, patient
teachers with very small turnover, lots of creative activities,
great hours (7AM-6PM M-F) and it's immaculate. I had looked at
three other places, all comparable in price and I am very happy
with our decision to go there.
happy at Little Seeds
