I would like to recommend It's about T.I.M.E. in Pinole as an amazing daycare and preschool. Our son has attended from 13 mo. Until 3 years old and has thrived with Ms. Carla and her assistants in her large home-based setting. Ms. Carla is very attuned to the needs of the children and provides a loving, enriching, play-based environment. She is very knowledgeable about child development and respects the individuality of each child. She is very open and available for parent communication. Our son has been very happy there. I highly recommend Carla Randall and her daycare, It's About T.I.M.E. Our twin girls have been under Carla's care since they were 1 (they just turned 5). We chose Carla's because we wanted a safe, loving and nurturing, play-based environment for our girls. We've kept them there all this time because they have also received excellent preschool instruction as they grew, and they've remained engaged and stimulated.

Carla has created a warm, respectful enviroment for all of the children. She is keenly interested in child development and is taking masters-level classes in this area.
