I really like the childcare center I am using for my 20 month old. They don't take toddlers younger than 14 or so months I believe, and they have the kids separated into two groups (preschool and toddlers). They're flexible on what age a child moves into the preschool program (basing it more on readiness than age), which is one of the things I really like about it. Others are low staff turnover, proximity to my home, enriched program including dance/movement, French for the preschoolers, and summer field trips. I don't know if there are any full time slots open, but they are definitely worth a look at.
