One of the best run family daycare places that I have encountered is the Auntie Bee's Family Day Care in Oakland. the owner is Dolores Collins and the center is beautiful!. It is very well ran and the total focus is pre kindergarten training. It has an outside play area as well as circle time and field trips. She has learned spanish to communicate with the Hispanic children that are there and she has respect for their cultures. The children are fed well and cared for. My child went there from 3-5 and is now in kindergarten at Kaiser Elementary. He had to pass a test to enter and aced it with flying colors. She provided a beautiful graduation ceremony with caps and gowns. All in all, it is a great school - consider sending your child there also. Contact: Dolores Collins, 510-568-2409
