I'd highly recommend Dr. Karen Horton at the Women's Plastic Surgery center at CPMC in San Francisco. She is extremely skilled, knowledgeable and one of the few plastic surgeons I've encountered with a warm and friendly bedside manner. She is excellent at explaining everything to you, and could answer a lot of your questions realistically. She was one of two surgeons who performed major breast reconstruction surgery on me, and I know she routinely does breast reduction surgery (as I've recommended her to my best friend who is looking into this).
