I have consulted the archives and searched my HMO's website, but seek additional advice. I am very unhappy with my primary care physician in the Alta Bates Med Group. I have Blue Cross California Care insurance. Any recommendations for a doctor, preferably female, in the El Cerrito/Albany/Berkeley area? Looking for the obvious: caring, patient bed side manner, open to alternative remedies while being rooted in Western Med, and willing to refer to specialists. Is there such a doctor anymore? As background for those in the know, I used to be under the care of Dr. Saper and then Dr. Lucido (both male by the way) and very happy with them before they moved on. Any doctor with 1/2 of their qualities would be a find. Many thanks. anon
