I've had a great experience and a terrible one....Fortunately, I found a dentist in Concord, Richard Rissel (don't have the number handy, but he's on Willow Pass), who is absolutely nonjudgmental and great with kids (and parents). His staff is very friendly, and his labrador retriever wanders around the office (which my son loved).
