We also switched from PPO to Delta Care because of the need for orthodontics. Because I live in Moraga, I was looking for dentists on this side of the tunnel, and you are right, the selection is quite limited. We picked Dr. Tim Patel in Walnut Creek, and both myself and my 12 year old daughter have seen him. He seems fine so far, although we waited a rediculous amount of time in the waiting room before seeing him (45 minutes 1 time and an hour another time). Sherry
