Years ago I had a bad experience with Dr. Detweiler. I had a cracked molar and needed a crown. Instead of being sensitive and reassuring me that this was a routine fairly benign procedure, Detweiler laid into me, blaming me for the cracked tooth and how I now had to get this major thing done. His tone was angry, alarmist, & emotional, not calm, reassuring, & objective like my current (wonderful) dentist, Dr. James Stone in Oakland.
