Re: Cosmetic Dermatologist for Sun Damage (October 2005)
Finding the right person to work with is a personal thing: I had a great experience
at Dr.Brozowski's office, and got a blue peel. It's completely changed the way I feel
about myself.
Re: Spider Vein Removal (March 2005)
I had a spider vein removed from Dr. Christine Brozowski.
Here's her website: http://www.doctoragogo.com/
She's very personable and will try and keep you engaged in
conversation during the entire process, which is good because
it hurts like a b**ch. If you have any questions about it, you
can email me. If you decide to go to her please let her know I
referred you. It gives me a discount in the future. Good
Luck.

Re: Spider Vein Removal (March 2005)
You're right, insurance won't cover it. But laser therapy does
work very well, and is pretty quick. I highly recommend Dr.
Christine Brozowski in Berkeley (510-549-3333).

Re: Serious Skin Care Advice Needed! (Feb 2005)
Well this is a coincidence! I just had the broken capillaries
around my nose zapped with a laser (at my Cosmetic
Dermatologist) and they went away after one session! -- totally
worth the money. Based on your multiple issues, I think at this
point you are going to have to stop wasting your money on over-
the-counter products and see a physician who can really help
you. I've been very happy with Dr. Christine Brozowski. She
does all the procedures herself and her staff is very welcoming
and knowledgable about skin care. Her web is
www.doctoragogo.com. good luck.
Re: Laser hair removal on dark skin? (10/04)
I think in the past lasers did not work as well on darker skin,
and the older lasers only treated lighter skin. There are newer
lasers that treat all skin types, but you must be sure to find a
physician that has this type of machine (and fyi, that's NOT
what they have at UCSF). I saw Dr. Christine Brozowsi, an
excellent cosmetic dermatologist in Berkeley, and I've had
really great results. What was immediately noticeable was the
reduction in ingrown hairs. People with darker skin often have
coaser hair (like moi), which result in hideous ingrowns and
even caused me to have acne. If you're nervous about it, you
can always do a test spot and make sure you have no
discoloration. I'm a complete convert to laser and can't
believe I ever did anything else. I'm planning to do my legs
next!

Re: Dermatologist for cosmetic skin improvement (July 2004)
In reply to the request for a cosmetic dermatologist, I
recommend Dr. Brozowski in Berkeley for Botox treatments. She
has a natural approach to aging and improving your appearance.
I have been very pleased with my results, which are natural --
and no one can tell I have Botox. :) They just think I look
more relaxed and happy (and no more lines in my forehead). She
also does dermabrasion and peels, I think. Her website is
www.doctoragogo.com.
Sept 2002
I've seen Christine Brozowski for about a year now. She has a
website http://www.doctoragogo.com/ where she says a little about
her philosophy which most smiply is - you are in charge of your
health. She's been open to my bringing ''internet learnings'' to
discuss. I think she's been good with my care when I've needed
it, but you do need to be involved and ask questions. Her staff
is great.
