I'm not an Iranian, but I am writing a novel that involves 5th century Persia. What I need is a list of regular Persian names of that period. There are plenty of sources for the name of the Emperors like Xerxes, but none of a bread baker or sailor.

Can you help or let me know where I can find such information?

Maybe our Zartoshti friends could tell us of the names that were common then and perhaps still are.
