You may think I'm crazy, but you know that algae-like gunk that gets into squeaky bath tub toys? Any non-toxic cleaners you can recommend that will remove the stuff, but are safe for the kids? It seems such a waste to throw them out...

I've run a lot of my plastic tub toys through the dishwasher. It works great.
