Salons for Trendy Haircuts

I'm looking for a hairdresser in Oakland/Berkeley who can give
me a funky, bohemian style. Can you recommend anyone?
signed, this mullet's got to go.
I love my hairdresser, Jodi Griffin. She owns Ajuda Day Spa in
downtown Oakland. I'm rather picky, having been spoiled by a
great, hip hairdresser in SF before moving to the East Bay. Jodi
has a nice mix of conventional and cutting edge skill and
knowledge. Tracy
Myong at Panache on College is fantastic.2928 College Ave, Berkeley, 510- 843-3255

I go to Theresa at the Right Angle. I've been there twice and I
continue to get compliments on my hair, now weeks after my cut.
Rates are reasonable and she's fun to talk to (time can slip away
if we're not careful though).

I recommend Downtown at Lulu's
at 6603 Telegraph (66th in Berkeley). Tina and Seth
are great. Tina is also quite a local rockstar. She has been cutting my hair for
about 10 years. They have a cute and funky shop with lots of vintage stuff. The
number is 510-601-0964
