Advice about Getting Ears Pinned

Can anyone recommend a plastic surgeon to perform ear pinning on an older teen boy? Preferrably someone who won't charge a king's ransom for it and will do an excellent job safely. I'd appreciate any words of experience as well as costs we can anticipate. Thanks!
